Graduate roles at M&S

Retail is going through the biggest change in its history, so you’d be forgiven for thinking that now was not the time to consider a career in it; right? Wrong!

Now is exactly the right time to get on-board and truly be part of the revolution, shaping the way the industry evolves for the future.

Retail is, at its core, about ensuring that the right products are available to the customers, at the right time and for the right price; and it’s fair to say that you will need to have this customer-centric approach at your heart if a career in retail is truly going to float your boat.

But, Retail behind the scenes and under the surface is about so much more and the opportunities and breadth of career choices open to you are endless.

So why choose M&S?

M&S have been the staple of the British Retail Industry for over 130 years. It’s an iconic brand, with a unique position in the marketplace and affection amongst the public. It’s part of the British DNA.

M&S is on an amazing journey to transform and revolutionise the business into becoming a digital first retailer.

There has never been a more exciting time to join the business. Graduates, whether applying to join one of our functional programmes in a specific business area, or opting for our new Enterprise programme, will be working on live projects, helping to inform and shape business decisions, and be expected to have an opinion and make a contribution from the off.

In return, we will support your ongoing development, with a tailored programme designed to give you the skills and confidence you need to be successful. You’ll have a senior mentor from another business area, take part in a range of workshops, forums and discussion groups, and have the opportunity to connect with retail gurus from across the industry to help support your growth.
