When it comes to Distribution Centres, Castle Donington is as complex as they come. We mean business, so our kit does too. But in order for it to work at optimum efficiency, we need engineers who are the business – both mechanically and electrically. Our engineering pathway means whatever level you join the business, you will get the support and development to progress your skills, knowledge and experience (both within role and upwards) and drive your own Continuing Professional Development, accredited by the Society of Operations Engineers.

There are strong commercial imperatives that you’ll need to keep in mind too. Through continuous improvement we are setting the benchmark for professional maintenance, which is key to achieving optimum performance and efficiency – and your problem-solving nature means you’ll enjoy every minute.

Your curious nature and love of engineering will also mean you’re keen to explore the possibilities of our kit and improve its performance, not to mention collaborating across teams and driving autonomous maintenance. Plus, a head for heights as our cranes are 25m high!
