Supply Chain & Logistics
Helping our customers to make the most of life means getting the right products to the right places at the right time. That may sound simple. But when you consider how many products, suppliers, stores and people we have, you’ll see how much we value the logistics behind our brand.
Join us here and you’ll have the opportunity to spend time in Supply Chain and Logistics across our Food, Clothing & Home and e-Commerce businesses – learning how all the pieces fit together – as well as at our state-of-the-art distribution centre in Castle Donington.
In each location, you’ll learn about our different logistical systems and strategies, while helping us overcome a range of challenges; from making sure our food reaches customers in the best condition to ensuring product availability of our latest fashions in store.
For the first year, you’ll be based at one of our Head Office locations in the London area. From here you’ll have the chance to spend time with our suppliers and service providers, travel to our distribution centres and get stuck into live projects that change our business and improve our efficiency. At the start of the second year you’ll have a placement in our Distribution Centre in Castle Donington, gaining experience in line management and the operation. At the end of the scheme, you’ll have all the skills and experience to develop your career in an exciting, fast-paced and dynamic industry.
So if you have a supply-chain-related logistics or engineering degree (or equivalent), want to make the most of your relevant industry experience, or simply have a passion for logistics and supply chain – this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Learning and Development
We've plenty of learning opportunities both in store and at our Head Office, which vary according to your scheme. Whether you’re managing people in store, or a valued member of a Head Office team, you’ll be learning while you earn, shouldering real responsibilities and helping to tackle the ever-changing issues of the day. You will be given a specific area of responsibility or a project to manage yourself fairly early on - say yes, it's a great chance to shine.
While we‘ll provide the training tools and opportunities, it’s up to you to take advantage of them. You’ll be expected to use your initiative to identify learning needs specific to you – and have the motivation to meet these needs.
Theory's all well and good, but few plans survive contact with the customer. If you’re based in Head Office, you'll get hands-on, in-store experience through our store attachment programme. Depending on your graduate programme the attachment could be anything from one week to three months.
