With all the awards we’ve won for our products and innovation, we have a big story to tell. From Fashion and Food to Beauty and Home, we offer a lifestyle mix that truly sets us apart. Every day we use our enthusiasm for fashion and understanding of the market across all product types to inspire our customers. That’s why we’re looking for people like you to create innovative settings that spark imaginations and turn browsers into buyers.
About the role
With your flair for creativity, knack for putting together compelling displays and knowledge of the latest trends, your choice and placement of our ranges will wow our customers – revealing fabulous products they never even knew they needed.
Using the principles of design and capitalising on seasonal launches, you’ll drive sales and make a real impact on our business. Looking after in-store and window displays, you’ll know that creating the perfect display is a true art form, one that requires you to consider lines, direction, shape, size, colour, tone and texture. You’ll have floor layouts and visual themes to work with, but ultimately it will be your vision and inventiveness that bring them to life.
You’ll have access to our huge product range, so there’ll be plenty of variety to play with. And when it comes to developing your career, our size and scope mean you can reach Director-level without ever leaving the world of visual merchandising.
Salary & Benefits: £8.50 - £9.00 per hour (following probationary period and dependent on location) plus 20% staff discount
You could be an experienced Visual Merchandiser, ideally from a high-street environment. You could have a visual merchandising professional qualification with lots of technical know-how and a mind bursting with creative ideas. Then again, you may be a Customer Assistant with a passion for fashion and the demonstrable ability to understand trends and dress them for customers. If you have the potential to create the kind of displays that make customers stop in their tracks, you can play an exciting, high-profile part in the success of a high-street giant.
