About the role
Our café and restaurant kitchens are hives of activity. You’ll add to the buzz that surrounds them with your ability to cook or prepare every dish exquisitely. Keeping things spic and span will be down to you. As well as ensuring rigorous standards of hygiene, you’ll also keep an eye on costs and profits.
Experience as a chef in a fully operational kitchen environment is a must for this role. You’ll set and expect high standards too. Add in an impressive head for business and you’ll be the ideal all-round package.
About the application process
To start with, you’ll need to complete an online assessment. This includes a kitchen-based knowledge test and a short questionnaire.
If you’re successful, you’ll take part in a face-to-face assessment made up of kitchen-based knowledge and situational tests and an interview with a line manager.
